This is the beginning of getting closer to a better body awareness, attitude towards life and well-being step by step.
Most people today are undersupplied when it comes to essential vital substances, trace elements, essential unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fats despite the manifold food resources available. At the same time, the body is overstrained because of unhealthy food, which has a strong influence on the development of health problems or diseases, as for instance arthrosis, allergies, autoimmune diseases, heart troubles, circulatory problems, etc. Symptoms such as tiredness, temper, headache, joint pain, flatulence, heartburn or carious might be the result of wrong nutrition habits of many years as well.
We are usually (strongly) over-acidified due to industrialized food. It is thus possible that you might struggle with flavor and relish of iSANO at the beginning. The reason is that your body will have a completely new experience with the unaltered flavor of natural crudités.


  • Drink enough with each bar and also in-between, at least 2 to 3 liters a DAY!

  • If you encounter side effects such as headache or nausea in the first few days we recommend lemon or salted water (mix 1 liter of water with 0.9 g of sea salt) throughout the day or vegetable broth (self-cooked, if possible) for relief.

  • A regular intake of the bars at an interval of 60 to 90 minutes is important to avoid undersupply of the metabolism and keep the insulin level in balance. As a result, you will not feel hungry.

Do not deliberately eat fewer than 10 bars, as recommended. The calorie-nutrient-deficit will slow down metabolism and you will lose energy. Moreover, a yo-yo effect might occur after the cure.
